Explore classes and programs, designed for adults! Indulge your creative side while learning to dance, create beautiful art, or improve your crochet skills. In these adult classes, expert instructors will guide your journey as you try new skills or improve those you already have. All adult recreation classes are for ages 18 and older unless otherwise noted. 

Faith’s Dog Training:

Basic Obedience

Teach your dog to listen when distractions and other dogs are near while working on the basics of sit, down, come, and walking on a leash

STRETCH AND BALANCE

This a 50-minute class designed to lengthen, strengthen muscles, and improve your balance.

YOGA

A hybrid of vinyasa flow and balance, this class focuses on finding the perfect balance of strength and flexibility in mind and body. This is a great class for beginners and experienced. Life brings a variety of experiences and so does this class. Fun music, fun atmosphere, challenging moments, and many mindful moments too.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Not feeling like the best version of You? Restore yourself! Each class starts with gentle movements focused on finding a mindful presence of breath and body. We move the body towards longer holds with the support of bolsters and blankets. This class is intended to relax the mind and body.

  Yoga  

SENIOR YOGA

We take a little more time to get into each pose, offering modifications for everybody. This gentle yet challenging class offers a fun and safe environment to work on balance and strength, and flexibility. This is not a chair class. We spend some time on the ground, on hands and knees, standing on two feet and standing on one foot.

KNOTTY KNITTERS

Whether you knit or crochet for fun, yourself or charity, come join us in a club atmosphere. Beginners are welcome, although there is no instructor. Bring your own projects.

HULA BASICS-DANCE

This is a beginner class for those who would like to get a taste of Hawaiian culture through the beautiful art of Hula. We will learn common dance steps and choreography along with vocabulary and put them together in an Auana (modern hula) dance.

Intro To Woodworking For Adults

Learn the joys of wood carving. This camp covers basics for beginners as well as an opportunity for advancing skills already obtained in woodworking classes. Beginners will create spoons while more advanced, carvers will push their skills in creating beautiful pieces of work.

HISTORICAL FENCING

Truly an activity for all ages. This exciting European martial art, conditions the entirety of both the mind and body. Historical fencing relies on skill and timing rather than agility and strength.
