MINDFUL MOVEMENTS

3 months-3 years

Mindful Movements are a sequence of classes that take your child from infancy to three years, exploring motor, music and language skills through the use of exercise, musical instruments and sensory rich equipment.     The age appropriate classes employ the Nurturing Pathways curriculum and encourages bonding between parent and child.
