MERMAID SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING TEAM

The Mermaid synchronized swim team has a long tradition in the foothills.  Synchronized swimming combines elements of swimming and ballet into routines set to music.  Practices are held in the evenings Monday through Thursday.  Meets are held Wednesday evenings beginning in June and the league finals will be held in mid-July. New swimmers are encouraged to join.  A non-refundable tryout fee of $25 gives new swimmers a two week tryout period.  If the swimmer makes the team, this fee is applied to the Mermaids fee.
