Strength is the key to success in any sport.  Use gymnastics as a base to help your child gain strength and have fun while doing it.  Our safety certified staff teaches bars, trampoline, vault, rings and floor focusing on rolls, handstands, cartwheels and more to beginners.  We focus on helping each child to feel successful and encouraged while gaining strength.

ROLLING AND CARTWHEELING KIDS 101       

    4 to 7

This specially designed curriculum at AGC is used to provide a safe and progressive approach to learning backward and forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and more.  The staff gives your child many opportunities to succeed and be praised in a supportive environment while exploring basic gymnastics concepts.

HANDSPRINGS, HANDSPRINGS AND MORE HANDSPRINGS

Class includes work on trampoline, tumble track, spring suspended tumbling floor, and an above ground air tumbling unit.  Back and front springs will be taught by a safety certified instructor, no experience necessary.

AUBURN GYMNASTICS CENTER

Auburn Gymnastics Center offers a non-competitive approach to teaching gymnastics to babies, toddlers and young children. The kinder gym accredited and safety certified staff works to build self-esteem and confidence by providing opportunities for children to have successful experiences in a gymnastics setting. Auburn Gymnastics Center is a member of USA Gymnastics and uses the recommended skill progressions by USA Gymnastics. Auburn Gymnastics Center staff believes the skills children gain from participation in gymnastics will continue benefiting them throughout their lives.

SPECIAL NEEDS GYMNASTICS  3+

The Auburn Gymnastics Center is working with the non-profit Fit for Life Gymnastics and The Auburn Recreation District to offer a special needs gymnastics program for children of all abilities.  This fantastic program is offered at no cost to eligible participants and can greatly impact a child’s life.  There are options for group lessons, one on one, and inclusion programs.  Call 530-823-2031 for more information.

PARENT NIGHT OUT

Parents can enjoy an adult night out while the Auburn Gymnastics Center plays host to their children.  The night includes pizza, drinks, a scavenger hunt, and supervised free play from 5-9pm.  For reservations call 530-823-2031 or email auburngymnasticscenter@gmail.com  ($20 for the first child, $10 for each additional child).
