ARD TENNIS CLASSES

The ARD tennis program is headed up by the dynamic duo of Tom and Jennifer Isaac.  Both are USPTA Pro 1 level coaches and bring over forty years of teaching and playing experience to the courts.

Students should wear comfortable clothing, shorts with pockets preferably, and tennis shoes with no black soles.  Bring a hat, bottle of cold water, and your tennis racquet if you have one.  On the first day we will provide you with a loaner racquet if you need one, and then advise you on what to buy or rent.

DOG TRAINING-GROUP OBEDIENCE  K9-101

Dog must be 5 mos. or older


Beginner class will encompass the following:  heel, sit, down, stay, and come. We will cover polite greeting behavior with visitors, and positive Leadership Education.  Vet’s proof of current immunization is required at the first class (Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella and Rabies). All vaccines must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to the first class.  No Dog Will Be Admitted To Class Without Proof of Immunization.  Rain or Shine.

CALIFORNIA HUNTER EDUCATION COURSE         8+


This is the course required by the State of California for the first time purchase of a California Hunting License.  Its proof of completion may also be required by some states to purchase out-of-state hunting licenses.  Students must attend the entire two day course and pass a final exam to receive their certificate of completion.  In this 2 day class A Hunter Education Manual will be provided at no charge.  Please be sure to pack a lunch.  This course is for both youth and adults who are interested in firearm and bow safety, hunting, and hunting related activities.  Know your firearms, your responsibilities, and your way around the woods.  Instructors are acting under the authority of the California Department of Fish and Game and Section 3051 of the California Fish and Game Manual.

SONGWRITING WORKSHOP

This is a fun course designed to help artists with basic song writing skills and fundamentals.  Many artists want to express themselves through song and these workshops will help with key areas.  Each session introduces tips, tricks, and tools to create and deliver songs to your audience or fellow musicians.  Some musical proficiency is required.  Students may bring their instrument of choice to the sessions.
