NEW CLASS

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

These classes with Bryan are semi-private low impact traininig sessions that are designed to strengthen core muscles,register now improve balance, and enhance agility. In a small gym setting participants will use indo-boards, slack lines, hiking, grip bells weights and a variety of other activities with an aim to more confident posture and effective movement. This low impact class is perfect for getting back into an exercise program for overalll well-being. Participants are taken from their current level of fitness and motivated each day to be a little better. A punch card allows students to select days that are convenient for their schedule.

SCULPTURE CLASS

Create a sculpture out of clay from start to finish. Learn about different types of clay, scoring techniques, how to manipulate it and make changes. Learn about paint as you glaze your piece. Pieces will be fired twice and you will pick up your finished product in the Park office after the class is completed.

sew on vacation

This sequence of camps can be taken individually or as a series. For mending camp bring something to mend and your sewing kit. In sewing 101, in addition to learning the basics you will transform a t-shirt into a grocery tote, learn patchwork and use of an embroidery hoop. Bring an adult sized t-shirt to the first class.

Volleyball

Volleyball to learn the basic volleyball skills and fundamentals of the game. Will prepare the young athlete with the goal of trying out for the junior high school volleyball team. Games and drills will be played with a Tachikara Volley-Lite volleyball. Rules and formations will be taught with the emphasis on having fun. LITTLE LEAPERS SOCCER

Little Leapers Soccer focuses on teaching our classes through developmentally appropriate games designed to teach toddlers foundational soccer skills while building coordination and confidence. This 8 week program is centered around using soccer as a platform to enhance the development of children’s listening, sharing, turn taking, and social skills. Children ages 2-3 and 4-5 are welcome to participate and will receive custom jerseys. Parent participation encouraged but not required.

This self-defense class teaches the rules and principles of motion through self-defense techniques and from Kenpo Karate. The practice of basics and self-defense technique, creates spontaneity in the individual for confidence and self-control.
