MEN'S AND WOMEN'S SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL

15+ with waiver


We heard you Softball Junkies! It's that time again. The Spring 2011 ten game league will begin at the middle of March. All players must sign their team's roster or a free agent waiver. Proof of residency will be required for in district rates. All games are played at the Regional Park Softball Complex. Thursday night leagues fill quickly, so register early.

GROUP GOLF LESSONS

INDOOR PICKLE BALL


Ages 18 +   

Pickle Ball is one of the fastest growing sports in our area. Pickle Ball is a net court game using a light weight wood or composite paddle played on a court approximately 1/4 of the size of a tennis court. This game can be very fast paced as well  as slowed down to exert strategy and patience.

There is no fee to play or referees present; we just ask that you be respectful of each other and the ARD staff before, during and after play. OPEN INTERMEDIATE SENIOR VOLLEYBALL

55+, 50+


Men age 55 and older, women age 50 and older are welcome to join this moderate-impact program for players who have played before and want to improve their skills, have fun and play proper volleyball. This is not a beginner program. Players must have moderate experience and be willing and able to play three touch volleyball according to U.S. Volleyball Assoc. rules. If you haven't played in a while and are a bit rusty, that's ok.

SENIOR POWER VOLLEYBALL

55+, 50+


Men age 55 and older, women 50 and older are welcome to try out for this advanced power volleyball program. A rules committee will evaluate players who want to join this quick-paced, hard hitting program. Players must know and be willing to play U.S. Volleyball Assoc. rules and show offensive and defensive court positioning. Hits must be legal. Power Volleyball is designed for a faster and higher level of play than the intermediate program. Players must be able to keep the ball in play during 2 on 2,  3 on 3 and 4 on 4 play. Three-touch is required.
