HORSEBACK RIDING - seniors 50+

The Briones training system consists of a well rounded lesson structure in which young people become competent riders as well as care for and understand horses in fun, challenge sessions. This is often a young person’s first chance to take charge, practice their leadership skills, and build self esteem. In the first 4 one-hour sessions students learn how our equine companions think, how to approach, lead basic grooming, parts of the horse and equipment, and be able to steer the horse at the walk and trot in 3 positions.
